Recent Developments in Housing Law
Jan Luba QC and I write Recent Developments in Housing Law each month. These articles are published in the journal Legal Action and, we hope, provide details of everything that housing practitioners need to know - political developments, new legislation and recent cases.
This page provides links to some back copies of Recent Developments - but to read this month's article, you should subscribe to Legal Action via their web site www.lag.org.uk.
If you do not want to browse, or do not know which month's Recent Developments a particular case appeared in, recent developments - index is an easily searchable Word document with names of cases and some basic key words.
September 2010 marked the 25th anniversary of the first time that Legal Action published Recent Developments in Housing Law. To mark the occasion, September's Legal Action included a fascinating review of trends in housing law over the last 25 years, written by John Gallagher, principal solicitor at Shelter, entitled 'Recent Developments in housing law' at 25.
