The links to the "possession" files are mainly to lecture notes on possession claims which I have written for the Judicial Studies Board.  They deal with secure tenancies, introductory and demoted tenancies, assured tenancies, assured shorthold tenancies, mortgages and procedure as contained in Civil Procedure Rules Part 55.    Possession - fixed costs and ASBOs in county courts provide links to articles published in the Association of District Judges Law Bulletin. assured shorthold is an article on Housing Act 1988 s21 and possession claims against assured shorthold tenants. tenancy deposits contains a summary of all the cases relating to tenancy deposits and Housing Act 2004 of which I am aware.  mortgage arrears sale considers the law when borrowers seek time in court to sell mortgaged premises.
